Restaurant Website Design

1- Collaborating

Our design team collaborates with your team to extract all the details we need. This ensures that the project is initiated with a common understanding of the objectives of your restaurant website.  A restaurant website is a unique thing.  Our professional photography, design, and copywriting teams are experienced at creating easy to navigate, user-friendly restaurant websites.

2- First Design Draft

After all the requirements have been gathered by our design team, we create the first design draft of your restaurant’s website. This draft is submitted to the client for a first look at the future of their restaurant website. Next, improvements start based on the feedback you provide to the Mad Monkey Marketing design team.

3- Finalize and Approve the Design Draft

The final design draft is the result of collaboration and successive improvements. The client gives the approval – that all the design specifications have been incorporated in the design. The next step is the gathering of all the graphics and photos which the client wants to be part of their restuarant’s website.

4- Site Delivery

Once all the graphics have been incorporated into the final approved version, the site (with all its bells and whistles) is reviewed and approved by the client

TOP REASONS YOUR RESTAURANT NEEDS A WEBSITE

Credibility

If you own a business nowadays, you need a website. Restaurants are not an exception to the rule.  When they first hear about a new restaurant, many people immediately look it up online.  If your restaurant doesn’t have a website, you’re not credible.

Yellow Pages

The phone book is dead.   In many places, phone books are being phased out altogether.  When people need information about a business, they go online.

Sets you apart (whats so special about you)

The competition for restaurants in New York is intense.  Anything you can do to distinguish yourself from your competitors gives you an edge.  And most likely, they already have a restaurant website.

Customer service (feedback)

Word of mouth can make or break a restaurant.  Whenever one of your customers wants to get in touch with you (to praise or complain), you want to make it easy for them to do so.  Having a website, complete with feedback and contact us pages allows your customers to get in touch with you 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world.

Relationship building

Business and personal relationships are increasingly made and maintained online.  Having a website and being active in social media gains you access to a world of relationships with customers, bloggers, journalists, and ?

Save on printing and advertising costs

As opposed to traditional print media, most online marketing and PR is free.

Provide basic info without people having to call

Frequently, the information customers need about your restaurant is simple:  where it’s located, how to get there, opening and closing times, etc. Having a website gives customers access to this information quickly and consistently.  And you don’t have to worry about answering the phone.

Timely events and instant promotions

Everyone loves deals, and having a restaurant website gives you the opportunity to get the word out quickly and to a huge potential audience.

To serve the press

When bloggers and journalists want to write about your restaurant or include it in a story, having a website makes it possible.  Links and professional images make it easier for them to include information about your restaurant.

Worldwide accessibility

It’s not called the World Wide Web for nothing.  Why not make it possible for people everywhere to get a taste of your restaurant?

Accessibility for the disabled

Traditional media and print advertising is not as readily accessible for people with disabilities as the internet.
